Wi-Fi QR codes are amazing for guests — if you keep them simple and printable.
1) Print size matters
For tables and small posters, aim for 25–35 mm minimum width. For walls/posters, go larger.
2) Use high contrast
Dark foreground on a light background scans best. Avoid low-contrast “brand-on-brand” combos.
3) Keep the center icon modest
If you use an icon, keep it small and leave enough quiet area around it so the QR structure stays intact.
4) Test like a real guest
Try scanning from different distances and angles, in warm and dim light, using a couple of phones.
